Our comprehensive four-part career progression programme, spanning over four months, offers a holistic approach to personal and professional development. Participants will confront individual challenges in managing their presence and presentation, identify and overcome limiting beliefs, explore techniques for enhancing self-esteem and self-image, and gain practical tools for career planning and development.

Additionally, they will learn the importance of relationship building and networking, harness collaborative power within their organisation, articulate career goals with confidence, and refine networking and communication skills.

Each session provides a space for reflection, and participants will receive a career coaching journal to support their learning journey, deepen reflections, and enhance actionable insights.
