Courses

Leading & Influencing

This course is recommended for delegates who previously attended the course, “Aspiring & Thriving”; where we discussed navigating unique challenges and enhancing your leadership presence, impact and influence as a Women of Colour.

In this course, we will focus on building a personalised strategy for success.

Empowering Women of Colour in Leadership - building a personalised strategy for leadership success.

In the previous workshop, we recognised that hard work alone is not enough for ambitious Women of Colour to progress up the leadership ladder. Organisational leaders are increasingly recognising their opportunity to close diversity gaps and drive meaningful change at executive levels.

Several research articles have been published on the advantages of diversity, notably in nurturing innovation and driving growth. A growing shift is happening within organisations – leaders are not only acknowledging the importance of diverse leadership but also recognising the benefits of actively supporting and promoting diverse talent.

There is a genuine commitment in many organisations to creating environments where everyone can thrive, gain visibility and succeed. This shift in mindset presents new opportunities; and it’s time to harness this momentum by aligning your aspirations with your organisation’s mission and strategic direction, ensuring mutual growth and success.

This workshop is all about crafting strategy, strengthening relationships, movement and positioning – towards a more intentional, fulfilling and satisfying leadership journey.
