Leadership Accelerator
This 6–12 week, in-house Leadership Accelerator is designed for experienced Women of Colour leaders seeking to enhance their impact and navigate the complexities of senior leadership.
The programme includes a combined two-day, face-to-face experience (incorporating Workshops 1 & 2) along with optional virtual sessions and peer circles to embed learning and support sustained application in the workplace.
Delivered in partnership with key organisational stakeholders and diversity sponsors, this programme equips participants with practical strategies to strengthen leadership capability, navigate organisational challenges with confidence, and increase visibility, influence, and long-term career progression.
