Facilitator Bio
Dorinda, the visionary founder of Mastering Awareness, has established a pioneering platform dedicated to creating inclusive workplaces. The Women of Colour in Leadership workshop stems from a combination of her lived experiences, professional development and passion for advancing racial, cultural and gender equity in senior leadership.
This workshop is thoughtfully designed to challenge, support and empower Women of Colour on their journey to becoming influential leaders. It also provides organisations with a valuable opportunity to champion diversity, equity and inclusion while aligning business success with a strong commitment to social responsibility.
With two decades of experience in Quality Assurance and consulting in the FMCG and clinical research sectors, Dorinda brings a wealth of expertise to her work.
Accredited as a Senior Practitioner Coach by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and trained in DEI strategies at Cambridge Judge Business School; she is committed to inspiring growth, fostering inclusion and authentic leadership through this transformational workshop.
