The Ladies Behind The Circle
It was a professional connection at first sight! Agatha and Dorinda met on 24 November 2022 and clicked instantly – two Women of Colour with different backgrounds but a shared fire for a holistic balance of impact, integrity and self-care.
Our collaboration grew quickly, fuelled by mutual respect and a deep belief in our shared vision. Soon after, we co-hosted our first retreat for Women of Colour and it was a beautiful success.
That retreat planted the seed. The Circle is what blossomed.
We didn’t create The Circle because we had all the answers; we created it because we know exactly what it feels like to carry the questions.
We’ve lived it. We’ve worn the masks. We’ve carried the very pressures we now help Women of Colour navigate; not as distant observers, but as women who’ve lived it ourselves.
And over the years, we’ve spoken to so many other Women of Colour with different stories but identical themes. The same challenges, the same silence, the same weight.
We can’t change the whole world overnight, but we can change how we show up in it.
And we can create spaces where healing, growth, and power are not optional they’re the norm.
We created The Circle because we are the women we’re speaking to.
We needed this space. We wished for it. And now, we’ve built it for us, and for you.
What Is The Circle?
The Circle is a platform for like-minded women dedicated to supporting each other’s success, both professionally and personally. We aim to foster a sense of fulfilment and satisfaction in every aspect of life, believing that success is deeply connected to the strength of your network.
The group has a duty to hold each other accountable and support the growth of every single member.

Annual Subscription £150 per year

Membership Terms
This membership operates on a yearly subscription model. While we hope you’ll stay and grow with us, we understand that circumstances can change.
- You may cancel your membership at any time by giving one month’s notice. Your access to Circle benefits will continue until the end of that notice period, provided we receive your cancellation before your renewal date.
- A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of your initial payment. During this time, you may cancel and receive a full refund, minus any GoCardless processing fees.
- After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued. However, you may still cancel at any time with one month’s notice, and your subscription will not renew the following year.
- We’re committed to offering a space that supports your leadership journey with flexibility and respect.
