This course equips leaders to confidently navigate complex team dynamics, strengthen trust, and foster high-performing, motivated teams.

Participants will develop practical skills to lead inclusively, understand diverse perspectives, and unlock the full potential of their people; enhancing engagement, innovation, and overall organisational impact.

This in-house Leadership Accelerator supports organisations to strengthen their leadership pipeline by developing and advancing high-potential Women of Colour.

Delivered over 6–12 weeks, the programme partners closely with key organisational stakeholders and diversity sponsors to support, elevate and retain existing talent. Participants build leadership capability, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and navigate the unique challenges they face with confidence and authenticity for long-term leadership success.

The programme is delivered as a combined two-day, face-to-face experience, incorporating Workshops 1 and 2, with optional virtual sessions to support continued application and integration.
